The first chapter of the book begins with a review of the general content of the Holy Quran, in the Meccan and civil fence, and talks about the basis of Islamic legislation, and in the second chapter deals with ijtihad by the Companions, and the qualities of jurisprudence and jurisprudence.

In the rest of the chapters of the book deals with factors affecting the jurisprudence, and the completion of jurisprudence or perfection, and then deals with the development of jurisprudence in the period of companions, and what is the need to develop now, and other important axes.
